This year over 50 young people aged 8-18 came on Haemophilia Society holidays. They were looked after by haemophilia nurses and staff from the Society. We did watersports, abseiling, climbing, canoeing, archery, high wires, and more! First we went to Plas Menai in Wales.

Everyone got the chance to make new friends and try out different sports.

You said: ‘The activities were really good’, ‘The food was really good’, ‘We had fun!’, 'There were fantastic activities!'

The second holiday in the Lake District was for teenagers aged 12 up.

Our instructors were really nice and friendly. Everyone did abseiling and extra-hard climbing! (It was too hard for me, says Claire)

We also had some nice food that was made in a tent.

Our last holiday was at Gilwell Park Scout Camp in Essex. 21 kids and 6 adults stayed in a big wooden hut in the woods. We did lots of activities like these...

Canoeing...

Zip Wire...

Climbing...

...and more! Lots of girls go on the holidays, too.
SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!
