On the 14th of December 2005, the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla, presented Britain's bravest youngsters with awards for their courage at a star-studded ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
Among the recipients was Ayeesha Javaid from Huddersfield who has von Willebrand's.
Ayeesha was congratulated by Prime Minister Tony Blair and his wife Cherie as well as a host of celebrities in the awards ceremony.
