Jacob aged 8 won the junior category of the Haemophilia Society Sports Award for his impressive gymnastics .
He started getting involved in gym when he was just three years old, despite having severe haemophilia. He now dedicates at least 13 hours a week to the sport, after school and on weekends.
Jacob's long-term aims include becoming a professional gymnast and coach, with the eventual ambition of taking part in the World Championships and Olympic Games.
